A chance for our elected representatives to voice their views on the Smart Car
On Monday 10th March every Havering councillor was sent a letter asking for their views on the smart car, we even enclosed a stamped adressed envelope, as we do not want them claiming the stamp on their expense account.
As soon as we receive their response we will place it on their allocated page. How many will reply?
