Councillor Barry Tebbutt is the Cabinet Member for Streetcare and Parking. The man Angry of Havering understands to be behind the introduction of the Smart Car. It seems that Councillor Tebbutt has it in for the car owners of Havering, not only has Streetcare introduced the Smart car but is also responsible for the introduction of parking charges for the car parks outside of Romford Town Centre, the introduction of which has seen small businesses across the borough suffer a drop in trade.

Angry of Havering believes that our elected councillors have gone too far this time. It is about time that Havering Council took a common sense approach to running our borough.
